Q3: Can you provide samples to buyers? 

OCO:Yes,If the item you've required has available stock we can provide under FOC, but the shipping cost will be charged. 

Q4: Can you create custom molds?

OCO: Yes, if required, we can open molds according to your specifications.  

Q5: Can you do OEM/ODM? 

OCO:Yes, we can. We have our own factory and welcome customized orders based on your requirements.  

Q6: What is the production lead time?  

OCO:The sample lead time is 6-10 days, and mass production takes 8-12 days. If there is any urgency regarding your order, we will actively communicate with you to expedite the process and meet your needs. 

Q7: What are the payment terms? 

OCO: We accept various payment methods. The specific payment terms will depend on our mutual agreement.  

Q8: What are the packaging details? 

OCO:For our stock products, the packaging includes an inner OPP/PE bag and an outer carton. 

However, we can also customize packaging accessories based on your requirements. If you are unsure about the packaging specifications, feel free to contact us, and we will patiently assist you.

OCO:The payment method will be determined through our mutual discussion.
